Using Kalimatullah

These terms cover the Kalimatullah app and website, published by Emanuel-Ciprian Pavel. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respect these terms. Questions can be sent to pavelemanuelciprian@gmail.com.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Kalimatullah or of third-party religious texts, translations or audio.

Religious content and sources

Quran text, translations, audio and devotional material retain their source licences and attributions. Source references and grading notes are provided where available. Do not redistribute licensed material beyond the rights its source allows.

Translations, explanatory material and software can contain errors. Kalimatullah is not a religious authority or a substitute for qualified scholars. Companion supports learning and reflection; it does not issue binding religious rulings. Consult qualified sources for matters requiring scholarly judgment.

A saved favorite or personally assigned prayer moment is your organizational choice. It does not turn general material into a source-prescribed ritual recommendation. Source-compatible prayer guidance remains separate from personal selections.

Availability and your settings

Features can vary by app version, device, language, connectivity and subscription. Prayer times and reminders depend on your city, calculation method, device clock, permissions and Android settings. Review them for your situation. Streaming and Companion need connectivity; supported downloaded audio and bundled content have their own offline behavior.

Android is available on Google Play. iOS is planned for a future release; no date is promised. We may maintain or update features, but will not represent an unavailable feature as an included purchased benefit.

Premium and Google Play

Premium is optional. The current plans are weekly, monthly and yearly; Google Play provides the authoritative localized price, billing interval and purchase conditions before you confirm. Subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Google Play unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through Google Play; uninstalling does not cancel. Refunds follow Google Play’s applicable processes and consumer rights.

Active Premium removes third-party ads and includes the benefits actually shown in the app. Companion allowance is 200 weighted credits per 30 paid days: Brief 1, Balanced 2 and Deep 4. Weekly allowance is proportional; annual access releases time-bounded windows rather than an entire year’s credits at once. Companion uses a fixed, weighted allowance. A question is charged as one turn at its selected weight; necessary safety and source checks do not charge additional customer turns.

Restore purchases using the Google Play account that owns the subscription. Verification and restore require connectivity at relevant times. Existing legitimately earned or purchased benefits follow the app’s ledger and subscription terms; a website price is never a substitute for Google Play checkout.

Acceptable use and feedback

Do not attack, overload, bypass access/usage controls, manipulate reward verification, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit harmful code, unsolicited advertising or someone else’s private data through feedback.

By sending feedback, you allow us to review and use the suggestion to improve Kalimatullah. You keep rights in your original material. Submitting an idea does not guarantee implementation, a response, payment or a particular release date. Contact permission is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service limits and your rights

We aim to provide a dependable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every explanation/calculation is suitable for every circumstance. Use the app with care and verify important matters with appropriate sources.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
